At Baby Spice Foods, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Carriers
We use a range of trusted Canadian and international shipping carriers. The carrier used for your order may vary based on destination, daily shipping rates, service availability and estimated delivery speed.
Baby Spice Foods reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping service used to complete each order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most Canadian orders arrive within one week after they have been shipped. Orders within the Greater Toronto Area may arrive in as little as two business days.
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by:

We will always try our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but Baby Spice Foods cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery estimates are measured in business days and do not normally include weekends or statutory holidays.
You will receive shipping or tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after an order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping rates may vary based on the destination, package size, carrier availability and selected service.
Any promotional free-shipping offer may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, geographic restrictions and other stated conditions.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Baby Spice Foods does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
International delivery times may change without notice due to customs requirements, carrier availability, postal disruptions or changes in international trade and tariff rules.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed or shipped.
Baby Spice Foods is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages or lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders
Once an order is with the carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are outside our direct control. However, we will always try to help if something goes wrong.
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us with your order number and any available photographs or tracking information.
Where tracking confirms that an order was delivered, please first check around the delivery location, ask other members of the household and contact the carrier. We will then work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and find a reasonable solution whenever possible.
Any replacement, refund or store credit beyond what is required by applicable law will be considered based on the circumstances of the order.
